COVID 19 ietekme uz darba tirgu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: “Covid-19 ietekme uz darba tirgu” Covid-19 infekcijas slimība ietekmēja visu pasauli, tai skaitā arī Latviju. Palielinoties slimības izplatībai valstu valdības pieņēma dažāda veida ierobežojumus, kuri tieša veidā ietekmēja valsts darba tirgu un tā attīstību. Darba tirgus situācijas normalizēšanai nācās pieņemt tūlītējus lēmumus kā arī atbalsta pasākumus, lai uzlabotu kopējo valsts ekonomisko situāciju. Bakalaura darba mērķis: ir izpētīt Covid-19 ietekmi uz darba tirgu Latvijā, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus Covid-19 seku mazināšanai. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām – teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatīts darba tirgus analīzes teorētiskais pamatojums – apskatīta darba tirgus nozīme ekonomikas attīstībā, kā arī raksturoti darba tirgus rādītāji. Darba otrajā daļā tiks veikta darba tirgus rādītāju analīze, tiks veikta Covid-19 ietekmes uz darba tirgu regresijas analīze, lai varētu konstatēt kā Covid-19 izplatība un saslimstības līmenis ir ietekmējis darba tirgu. Trešajā daļā tiks apskatīti atbalsta pasākumi Latvijā un pētītas seku samazināšanas iespējas. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā ir autores secinājumi un izvirzītie priekšlikumi. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 61 lapas, 4 tabulām, 16 attēliem.

Bachelor's thesis topic: “Impact of Covid-19 on the labor market” Covid-19 infectious disease affected the whole world, including Latvia. As the spread of the disease increased, national governments adopted different types of restrictions which directly affected the national labor market and its development. The normalization of the labor market situation required immediate decisions as well as support measures to improve the overall economic situation of the country. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis: To explore the impact of Covid-19 on the labor market in Latvia, to create conclusions and make proposals to reduce the impact of Covid-19. The bachelor thesis consists of three chapters. In the first theoretical chapter author performs theoretical justification for the analysis of the labor market - the role of the labor market in economic development and described the indicators of the labor market. In the second chapter of the work, the author makes a regression analysis of the impact of Covid-19 on the labor market to determine how the distribution and incidence of Covid-19 have affected the labor market. The third part will look at aid measures in Latvia and explore the possibilities for reducing the consequences. At the end of the bachelor's thesis there are listed author's conclusions and proposals. Bachelor thesis consists of 61 pages, 4 tables, 16 pictures.
