Psihoemocionālā stāvokļa izvērtējums sievietēm vēlīnā pēcdzemdību periodā ambulatorā praksē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Psihoemocionālā stāvokļa izvērtējums sievietēm vēlīnā pēcdzemdību periodā ambulatorā praksē”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot psihoemocionālā stāvokļa izvērtējumu sievietēm vēlīnā pēcdzemdību periodā ambulatorā praksē. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir izpētīt un analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par sieviešu psihoemocionāla stāvokļa izvērtēšanu vēlīna pēcdzemdību periodā ambulatorā praksē, raksturot K.Rojas (Callista Roy) piemērošanas teoriju un saistīt to ar pētījuma tēmu, izstrādāt pētījuma darba instrumentu, veikt pilotpētījumu un respondentu intervēšanu, apstrādāt un analizēt iegūtos datus, noformulēt secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Pētījuma jautājums - kā izvērtē psihoemocionālo stāvokli sievietēm vēlīnā pēcdzemdību periodā ambulatorā praksē? Pētījums veikts ar kvalitatīvo pētniecības metodi. Pētniecības instruments – strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma ietvaros tika nointervēti 10 respondenti. Pētījuma rezultāti tika apkopoti un analizēti. Pētījuma būtiskākie secinājumi: Respondenti novertē gan verbālas, gan neverbālas pazīmes un citas pazīmes, kas neattiecās tieši uz sievieti. Visvairāk tiek izmantota novērošana, kura tiek veikta visā patronāžas garumā. Kopumā respondenti ļoti labi pārzin pazīmes, kas liecina par psihoemocionāliem traucējumiem pēcdzemdību periodā. Darbs sastāv no 50 lappusēm, izmantoti 43 literatūras avoti, 7 kontentanalīzes tabulas.

The title of the dissertation is “Evaluation of psycho-emotional state of women during the late postpartum period in outpatient practice”. The aim of the research is to find out the evaluation of psycho emotional state of women during the late postpartum period in autpatient practice. The tasks of the research is to study and analyze scientific literature about evaluation of psycho emotional state of women during the late postpartum period in autpatient practice, to characterize the Callista Roy adaptation theory and relate it with the theme of research, to develop the instrument of the research, to carry out the pilot study and interviewing respondents, to process and analyze obtained data, to formulate conclusions and suggestions. The question of the research – How evaluates the psycho-emotional state of women during the late postpartum period in autpatient practice? Instrument of the research – structured interview. During the research were interviewed 10 respondents. The results of the research were summarized and analyzed. The main conclusions of the research: Respondents evaluates both verbal and non-verbal signs and other signs that did not relate directly to the woman. The observation of woman during the home visits is used the most. In general, respondents are very familiar with signs of psycho-emotional disorders during the postpartum period The work consists of 50 pages, 43 literature sources, 7 content analysis tables.
