Transporta uzņēmuma IS integrācijas problēmas

Abstract

Informācijas sistēmu integrācija šobrīd ir kļuvusi vēl nozīmīgāka nekā agrāk. Gandrīz katrā uzņēmumā ir vairākas informācijas sistēmas, kas automatizē kādu procesu un glabā sevī informāciju. Diemžēl bieži vien šo sistēmu nošķirtība samazina to vērtību. Tā kā informācija ir viena no dārgākajām precēm, tad ir nepieciešams integrēt šīs sistēmas, lai padarītu uzņēmuma darbību efektīvāku gan darba ražīguma ziņā, gan lēmumu pieņemšanas ātruma ziņā – jo vispusīgāka un kvalitatīvāka informācija uzņēmuma vadībai būs pieejama, jo ātrāk tā spēs pieņemt attiecīgos lēmumus. Šajā darbā apskatīts IS integrācijas process – kādas darbības nepieciešams veikt – kā arī izstrādāta IS, kas paredzēta vairāku IS datu integrācijai.

Information system integration has become even more important than ever before. Almost every enterprise has several information systems, which automatise some proceses and stores information in themselves. Unfortunately often these systems are islands of automation and, because of that, their value is diminished. As information is one of the most expensive resource, then it is necessary, to integrate these systems, to make the activities of enterprise more effective in many ways, including, work efficiency and the speed of decision making. If more comprehensive and higher quality information is given to enterprise management, then the management can make their decisions faster and wiser. In this work IS integration process is studied– what steps one must take, to integrate IS – and IS is made, to integrate data of several IS.
