Ginekoloģisko pacientu sagatavošana distances staru terapijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs: “Ginekoloģisko pacientu sagatavošana distances staru terapijā” sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un pētījuma daļas, secinājumiem. Tēmas aktualitāte pamatota ar sagatavošanās nepieciešamību ginekoloģiskajiem pacientiem, lai nodrošinātu kvalitatīvu distances staru terapiju. Teorētiskajā daļā ir analizēta un apkopota literatūra par iegurņa orgāniem, anatomiju, pataloģijām, dinamiku, pildījumu un gatavošanās metodēm. Bakalaura darba pētnieciskajā daļā izvērtēti un analizēti 50 ginekoloģisko pacientu datortomogrāfijas attēlu dati katrai 6. frakcijai. Darba mērķis: izvērtēt pacientu iegurņa orgānu dinamiku distances staru terapijā ginekoloģijas pacientiem. Darba apjoms: 4 nodaļas, 13 apakšnodaļas, pētījuma daļas, 4 secinājumiem, kā arī 15 pielikumiem. Pētījuma daļā ir 2 attēli. Darbā ir 33 lpp. Darbā izmantoti 25 literatūras avoti, no kuriem 15 ir interneta vietnes tiešsaistes. Bachelor thesis “Preparation of gynecological patients in external beam therapy”, consists of introduction,theory and research part,conclusions. The relevance of this topic is based on the necessity for gynecological patients to do preparation before external beam therapy . The theoretical part consists of analyzed and compiled literature about pelvic organs, anatomy, pathology, dynamics and methods of preparation. In the research part of the bachelor's thesis, the data of 50 CT images of gynecological patients will be evaluated and analyzed for each 6th fraction. Purpose: to evaluate the dynamics of patients pelvic organs in distance radiotherapy for gynecology patients. Thesis volume : consists of 4 chapters, 13 subsections, parts of the study, 4 conclusions, as well as 15 appendices. There are 2 images in the research part. Thesis consists of 33 pages. without attachment.
