Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Teroristiskās organizācijas “Islāma valsts” rašanās, attīstība un sabrukums.” Darba autora mērķis ir atrast un saprast “Islāma valsts” fenomena rašanās un attīstības iemeslus. Pirmajā un otrajā nodaļā autora mērķis ir izvērtēt to personu lomu, kas aktīvi piedalījās “Islāma valsts” dibināšanas un stiprināšanas procesā, izvērtēt notikumus, konkrētas vietas un organizācijas, piemēram, “Al Kāida”, kas ietekmēja tālāko “Islāma valsts” attīstību un uzplaukumu. Trešās nodaļas mērķis ir izvērtēt apokaliptiskās tēmas nozīmi “Islāma valsts” ideoloģijas un propagandas pamatos, aplūkot ekstrēmistu literatūru, no kuras, visticamāk, ietekmējās “Islāma valsts” ideoloģiskais kodols. Ceturtās nodaļas mērķis ir izvērtēt neredzētu “Islāma valsts” kaujinieku vervēšanas fenomena apokaliptiskos un sadzīves iemeslus un aplūkot sieviešu biedru un bērnu lomas “Islāma valsts” struktūrā. Darba pēdējā nodaļā tiek izvērtēta “Islāma valsts” pārveidošnās varbūtība, ciešot teritoriālos zaudējumus, ko izraisīja starptautiskā koalīcija un kuri noveda pie kalifāta sabrukuma. Darba autors secina, ka “Islāma valsts” sabrukums nav noticis pilnā apmērā, bet gan daļēji. Kalifāts ir pārstājis pastāvēt, bet “Islāma valsts”, kā organizācija, turpina eksistēt.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is “The Origin, Development, and Collapse of the Islamic State Terrorist Organization.” The aim of the author in is to find and understand the reasons for the emergence and development of the Islamic state phenomenon. In the first and second chapter the aim of the author is to assess the role of those who actively participated in the process of establishing and strengthening the Islamic state, evaluate events, specific locations and organizations, such as Al-Qaeda, that influenced the further development and prosperity of the Islamic state. In the third chapter the aim is to evaluate the role of apocalyptic theme in the foundations of the Islamic State's ideology and propaganda, to look at extremist literature, by which most likely, the ideological core of the Islamic state has been affected. In the fourth chapter the aim of the author is to evaluate the apocalyptic and social causes of the unprecedented recruitment phenomenon of Islamic state combatants and view the role of female members and children in the Islamic state structure. The final part of the thesis examines the probability of transformation of the Islamic state due to the territorial losses caused by the international coalition, which lead to the collapse of the caliphate. The author concludes that the collapse of the Islamic state has not happened fully, but only partly. Caliphate has ceased to exist, but the Islamic state, as an organization, continues to subsist.
