Tūrisma uzņēmumu finansējuma avoti un to efektivitāte Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir " Tūrisma uzņēmumu finansējuma avoti un to efektivitāte Latvijā“ Darba tēma ir aktuāla, jo dažādi satricinājumi, ko piedzīvoja tūrisma nozare gan Covid – 19 laikā, gan Ukrainas kara rezultātā, ir radījuši lielus zaudējumus nozarei un padarījuši daudzus tūrisma nozares uzņēmumus atkarīgākus no ārējiem finanšu avotiem. Darba mērķis: Pamatojoties uz pieejamo literatūru, izpētīt tūrisma uzņēmumu finansējuma avotus un to efektivitāti, izdarīt secinājumus un priekšlikumus tūrisma uzņēmumu efektivitātes uzlabošanai. Darba apjoms kopā ar pielikumiem ir 79lpp. tas sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 9 apakšnodaļām, 0 pielikumiem. Pētījuma laikā tika secināts, ka tūrisma uzņēmumiem Latvijā bez banku un cuta veida kredītiem ir pieejami ES struktūrfondu finansējuma avoti, valsts un pašvaldību atbalsts, kā arī NVO projektu granti, kolektīvās finansēšanas platformas. Finanšu avotu pieejamība ir atkarīga no uzņēmumu lieluma, juridiskās darbības formas, darbības veida un virziena, bet finansējuma efektivitāte saistīta ar pašu kapitāla un aktīvu izmantošanas efektivitāti, peļņu un izmaksām, naudas plūsmas. Theme of the Bachelor paper is "Sources of tourism financing and their efficiency in Latvia". Theme of the paper is topical, as the various shocks experienced by the tourism industry, both during Covid-19 and as a result of the war in Ukraine, have caused major losses to the industry and made many tourism enterprises more dependent on external sources of financing. Aim of the work: Based on the available literature, study the sources of financing of tourism companies and their efficiency, to draw conclusions and proposals for improving the efficiency of tourism companies. Amount of the paper together with annexes is 79 pages. It consists of 3 chapters and 9 sub-chapters, 0 annexes. Findings of the study show that in addition to bank and other types of credits and loans, tourism businesses in Latvia have access to EU structural funds, state and local government support, NGO project grants and collective funding platforms. Accessibility of financial sources depend on the size, legal form, type and direction of activity of the enterprises, while the efficiency of financing is related to the efficiency of equity and asset deployment, profit and costs, cash flow.
