| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbā autore pēta Latvijas iedzīvotāju reemigrācijas problēmas. Darbam ir 3 nodaļas. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek aplūkota starptautiskā migrācija: migrācijas jēdziens, plūsmas un teorijas modeļi, kā arī migrācijas motīvi un veidi. Darba praktiskajā daļā tiek apskatīta Eiropas Savienības politika migrācijas un patvēruma jomā, veikts pētījums par Latvijas iedzīvotāju reemigrācijas problēmām, izmantojot kvantitatīvās un kvalitatīvās pētījumu metodes. Noslēgumā, pamatojoties uz teorētiskās literatūras izpēti un pētījuma rezultātiem, autore sniedz savus secinājumus un izsaka priekšlikumus Latvijas iedzīvotāju reemigrācijas problēmu risināšanai. Darbs sastāv no 64 lapām (bez pielikumiem), 10 tabulām, 16 attēliem, un 3 pielikumiem; izmantoti 44 literatūras avoti. | dc.description.abstract | In this Bachelor paper, the author explores return migration problems of Latvian residents. The work has three sections. Theoretical part deals with international migration: the migration concept, flow and theory patterns, as well as migration motives and types. The practical part deals with the European Union's policy in the sphere of migration and asylum; a study on return migration problems of Latvian residents has been performed using quantitative and qualitative research methods. In conclusion, on the basis of the study of theoretical sources and the results of the research, the author presents her findings and makes suggestions for dealing with Latvian residents' return migration problems. The paper consists of 64 pages (without attachments), 10 tables, 16 figures and 3 appendices; 44 sources have been used.
