Abstract
Kvalifikācijas darbā ir aprakstīta programmatūras problēmu pārvaldības sistēma, kas ļauj tās lietotājiem fiksēt un analizēt programmatūras kļūdas. Sistēmā lietotājs pārvalda kļūdu ziņojumus – pievieno, rediģē un dzēš tos. Lietotājs ar administratora tiesībām papildu spēj pārvaldīt arī sistēmas lietotājus un projektus. Sistēmas kļūdas ziņojumus lietotājs var lejupielādēt kā CSV failus, ko tālāk var importēt kādā ārējā problēmu pārvaldības sistēmā. Sistēma ir sadalīta 4 moduļos: lietotāja, arhīva, projekta un kļūdas ziņojuma.
This qualification work describes a software problem management system, which allows its users to capture and analyze software errors. In the system, the user manages bug tickets - adds, edits and deletes them. A user with administrator rights can additionally manage system users and projects. Users can also download bug tickets as CSV files, which can then be imported by the user into an external problem management system. The system is divided into 4 modules: user, archive, project and bug ticket.
