Konflikti un to risināšana iekļaujošā skolā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma „Konflikti un to risināšana iekļaujošā skolā”. Tā izstrādes mērķis ir konfliktu veidu un to risināšanas iespēju izpēte, lai izstrādātu nodarbību ciklus skolēniem – reemigrantiem, skolēniem ar uzvedības grūtībām un pedagogiem konfliktu mazināšanai iekļaujošā skolā. Maģistra darbs strukturēts četrās daļās. Pirmajā un otrajā daļā autore veic galveno jēdzienu teorētisko izpēti, trešās daļas ietvaros veic konfliktsituāciju analīzi X vidusskolas 7.-9. klašu skolēniem un pedagogiem, kuri strādā šajā klašu grupā, savukārt ceturtajā daļā analizē izstrādāto nodarbību ciklu konfliktu mazināšanai efektivitāti. Maģistra darba nodarbību cikli pielietojami vispārizglītojošās un iekļaujošās skolās konfliktsituāciju mazināšanai darbā ar skolēniem – reemigrantiem un skolēniem ar uzvedības grūtībām. Maģistra darba apjoms 64 lpp. Darbā iekļauti 5 pielikumi; 9 tabulas, 7attēli un 45 izmantotās literatūras avoti. The thesis of this Master Paper is "Conflicts and their solution in inclusive school". Its goals are to explore the types of conflicts and the ways to address those conflicts as a way to develop an academic course for students - re-emigrants, students with behavioral difficulties and teachers, in order to minimize conflict situations in inclusive school environment. The Master Paper is structured in four parts. In the first and the second part the author carries out the theoretical research of the main concepts. In the third part the author performs the analysis of conflict situations at X secondary schools among 7th-9th graders and teachers, who work with such group classes. In the fourth part the author analyzes the effectiveness of the academic course as a way to minimize conflict situations. This Master Paper’s developed academic course is applicable in mainstream schools, as well as in inclusive schools as a way to reduce conflict situations while working with students – re-emigrants and students with behavioral difficulties. This Master Paper contains 64 pages. The Master Paper includes 5 appendixes; 9, tabeles 7 pictures and 45 sources of literature used.
