Mentordarbības stratēģijas jauno skolotāju atbalstam pirmajos darba gados

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Mentordarbības stratēģijas jauno skolotāju atbalstam pirmajos darba gados” mērķis ir izpētīt kvalitatīvu mentordarbību, padziļināti izzināt izglītības programmas „Iespējamā misija” mentordarbības stratēģiju un noskaidrot kā mentora darba nozīmi vērtē četrdesmit izglītības programmas „Iespējamā misija” jaunie skolotāji, kas skolās strādā vienu vai divus gadus un kuriem ir pieejams mentora atbalsts, kā arī veikt četras padziļinātās intervijas, un izzināt kā mentora darba nozīmi vērtē trīs mentori un viena jaunā skolotāja bez mentora atbalsta, lai veicinātu mentordarbības stratēģijas ieviešanu izglītības iestādē „Rīgas Tūrisma un radošās industrijas tehnikums”.

The aim of the Master’s Thesis “Mentoring Strategies Supporting New Teachers in the Early Years” is to explore qualitative mentoring, to carry out an in-depth study of the mentoring strategy of the educational program “Mission Possible”, and to find out the opinion of forty new teachers of the “Mission Possible” program, who have been working in a school for one or two years and for whom mentor’s support is available, on the significance of the mentor’s work, as well as to carry out four in-depth interviews with three mentors and one teacher, who does not have the support of a mentor, to find out their opinion on the importance of mentor’s work, in order to promote implementation of mentoring strategy at the educational institution “Riga Technical School of Tourism and Creative Industry”.
