Abstract
Darba tēma – „E-apdrošināšanas attīstība Latvijā” izvēlēta, lai veiktu pētījumu par e-apdrošināšanas attīstību, tās perspektīvām, balstoties uz apdrošināšanas pakalpojumu sniedzēju darbību Latvijā, konstatētu priekšrocības un trūkumus šajā jomā, kā arī izstrādātu rekomendācijas e-apdrošināšanas pilnveidošanai un turpmākai attīstībai.
Maģistra darba pirmajā nodaļā analizēts: elektroniskās komercijas teorētiskā izpratne, sniegti jēdzienu skaidrojumi dotajā jomā.
Otrajā nodaļā autore analizējusi publiskās e-apdrošināšanas jautājumus, tādus kā e- apdrošināšanas veidi, e-apdrošināšanas tiesiskie un organizatoriskie aspekti. Tika apskatīti pieejamie apdrošināšanas tirgus statistikas dati, veiktie pētījumi, spēkā esošā e-komerciju un apdrošināšanu regulējošā Eiropas Savienības un Latvijas likumdošana.
Maģistra darba trešajā nodaļā apskatīta e-apdrošināšanas attīstība Latvijā un tās vieta Eiropas Savienības apdrošināšanas pakalpojumu tirgū, kā arī Latvijā sniegto e-apdrošināšanas pakalpojumu apskats.
Maģistra darba pētnieciskajā daļā 2012. gada maijā veikts praktisks pētījums, izmantota kvalitatīvā pieeja – pielietota intervēšana, lai varētu analizēt e-apdrošināšanas pakalpojumu attīstības perspektīvu Latvijā. Praktiskajā pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti var tikt izmantoti e-apdrošināšanas turpmākās attīstības veicināšanai Latvijā.

The topic – „E-Insurance development in Latvia” was chosen to carry out a study on e-insurance developments, its prospects on the basis of Latvian insurance service providers, identify strengths and weaknesses in this area, as well as develop recommendations for improving e-insurance and future development. In the first chapter of Master thesis are analyzed: theoretical understanding of electronic commerce, provided explanations of concepts in a given area. In the second chapter he author has analyzed the e-insurance public issues such as e-insurance forms, e-insurance legal and organizational aspects. Were considered available insurance market statistics, studies, existing e-commerce and insurance regulator of the European Union and Latvian legislation. The third chapter of the Master`s work outlines development of e-insurance in Latvia and it`s place in the European Union insurance market, as well as provided insurance services in Latvia. Master thesis research was done in 2012th May and made a practical study used a qualitative approach – interviewing, used to analyze the e-insurance service development perspective in Latvia. A practical study of the results obtained can be used for e-insurance future development in Latvia. Master thesis uses Gaile – Sarkane, E. , Sūniņa-Markēviča, K. ,Jurasova A, Kozje D., Žoludja A., and other author`s works, the European Union and Latvian laws and regulations, LETA insurance industry overviews and online available e-insurance services.
