Līderības potenciāla attīstīšanas iespējas uzņēmuma “Prāta Spēles” dalībnieku vidū.

Abstract

Maģistra darbā pētītās iespējas attīstīt līderības potenciālu “Prāta Spēles” dalībnieku vidū, ņemot vērā mūsdienu ilgtspējīgas attīstības un digitalizācijas - tirgus prasības. Darba teorētiskajā daļā analizēti līderības potenciāla attīstības elementi un pieejas koncepti, kā arī spēļu risinājuma pieejas trīs līmeņos. Empīriskajā daļā veikta dalībnieku anketēšana (n=120) un 5 daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar spēļu līderiem. Pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka esošais spēļu formāts veicina līderības nozīmīgus attīstošos elementus, īpaši izceļot sadarbību komandā, komunikācijas un lēmuma pieņemšanas prasmes. Interviju un anketēšanas rezultāti apliecina, ka, lai mērķtiecīgi attīstītu līderības potenciālu, nepieciešami uzlabojumi, tostarp jaunas platformas ieviešana. Balstoties uz pētījuma zinātniskās literatūras analīzes un respondentu novērtējumu, izstrādāta trīs līmeņu attīstības sistēma, kas integrē refleksijas, mentorēšanas, atgriezeniskās saites, mācīšanās pieredzes apguves un spēļu vadītas mērķtiecīgas prakses pieejas. Darba rezultāti sniedz praktiskas rekomendācijas “Prāta Spēles” spēļu attīstībai un turpmākajiem iespējamajiem pētījuma virzieniem, kas kalpo par pamatu jaunu attīstošu produktu izstrādei, paplašinot uzņēmuma inovāciju potenciālu un iespējas piesaistīt ārējo finansējumu un tirgu. The master's thesis explores the possibilities of developing leadership potential among the participants of the "Prata Spēles", taking into account the requirements of modern sustainable development and digitalization - the market. The theoretical part of the work analyzes the elements of leadership potential development and approach concepts, as well as game solution approaches at three levels. The empirical part includes a survey of participants (n=120) and extended structured interviews with 5 game leaders. The results of the study show that the existing game format promotes important developmental elements of leadership, especially in open-ended questions highlighting teamwork, communication and decision-making skills. However, the interview results and answers to open-ended questions indicate that targeted and structured development of leadership potential requires additional improvements - in addition to the implementation of a system. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature of the study and the confirmation of the respondents' assessment, a three-level development model has been developed that integrates reflection, mentoring, feedback, experience learning and value-driven approaches. The results of the work provide practical recommendations for the development of "Prata Spēles" games and serve as a basis for the development of new developing products, expanding the company's innovation potential and opportunities to attract external financing and the market.
