Projekts Šūšanas salona SIA "Dobeles Stils" izveidošana

Abstract

PROEJKTA MĒRĶIS ir izveidot rentablu šūšanas salonu Dobeles pilsētā, lai tas kļūtu par labāko pakalpojumu sniedzēju ar visplašāko preču klāstu Dobelē un tuvākajā apkārtnē un nestu uzņēmuma īpašniekiem peļņu 25% apmērā. Paredzamais kapitālsabiedrības nosaukums ir Sabiedrības ar ierobežotu atbildību „Dobeles Stils”. Sabiedrības pamatkapitāls ir Ls 85 000,00. Pamatkapitāls ir sadalīts 85 daļās, vienas daļas nominālvērtība ir Ls 1 000,00. Uzņēmuma pamatdarbības veidi ir: ņšūšanas preču mazumtirdzniecība; ņsieviešu vieglo apģērbu un virsdrēbju šūšana; ņvīriešu vieglo apģērbu un virsdrēbju šūšana; ņapģērba labošana. Finansu plānā sastāvā ietilpst: ņIeņēmumu plāns par pakalpojumu veidiem, ņPeļņas un zaudējumu aprēķini, ņBilances, ņNaudas plūsmas parskats, ņKredīta atmaksas grafiks.

The target of the project is to establish a cost-effective dressmaker’s saloon in Dobele town and its surroundings to create it as the best service provider with the widest range of products in Dobele, as well as the enterprise which makes 25% profit for its owners. The expected title of the enterprise is limited liability company “Dobeles Stils”. The fixed capital of the company is Ls 85 000, 00. The fixed capital is split in 85 shares, the nominal value of 1 share is Ls 1 000, 00. Basic activities of the company: 1.Retail trade of dressmaker’s accessories; 2.Dressmaking for ladies; 3.Dressmaking for men; 4.Dress repair. The finance plan contains: ņThe plan of earnings for the service manners, ņThe calculation of profit-making and losing, ņBalance, ņThe report of cash flow, ņThe schedule for the refund of the credit.
