Abstract
Ķīmiskā sastāva izvērtēšana Latvijā audzētās dzērvenēs. Bakalaura darba vadītāja Asoc. prof. Jākobsone I. Bakalaura darbs 34 lappuses, 15 attēli, 13 tabulas, 26 literatūras avoti. Latviešu valodā.
Darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatīta literatūra par dzērveņu ķīmisko sastāvu un ķīmisko sastāvu noteikšanas metodēm. Praktiskajā daļā tika noteiktas dzērvenēs aktīvās vielas – kopējie cukuri, pektīns, karotīns, antociāni.
