Z/S "Brīvnieki" darbības analīze un stratēģisko attīstības iespēju izvērtējums

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir ”Z/S "Brīvnieki” darbības analīze un stratēģisko attīstības iespēju izvērtējums”. Bakalaura darba autors ir Aigars Rūdulis, zinātniskais vadītājs - LU kanclers Gundars Bērziņš. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt zemnieku saimniecības „Brīvnieki” darbības efektivitāti, kā arī identificēt nākotnes attīstības iespējas un iespējamās alternatīvas, kā arī izstradāt nākotnes attīstības alternatīvu īsu aprakstu, ieguvumus, zaudējumus izvēloties kādu konkrētu alternatīvi. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trijām daļām: Z/S „Brīvnieki” darbības analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, praktiskie aspekti, kā arī nakotnes attīstības scenāriji. Darbības analīzes teoretiskajā daļā tika apskatīti teoretiskie aspekti, kā arī norādijumi uzņēmuma darbības analīzei, kā, piemāram aprēķinu formulas, uzņēmuma vides analīzes paņēmieni. Darbības analīzes praktiskajā daļā balstoties uz iegūto teorētisko informaciju, tika veikta uzņēmuma iekšējās un ārējās vides analīze. Nākotnes attīstības scenariju sadaļā tika apskatīti uzņēmuma attīstības alternatīvas, prasības alternatīvu realizēšanai, kā arī ieguvumi un zaudējumi izvēloties kādu no alternatīvēm. Uz veiktā darba pamata izstrādāti secinājumi par Z/S „Brīvnieki” līdzšinējo darbību, kā arī sniegti ieteikumi kā to uzlabot. Bakalaura darbā tika iekļauta uzņemuma individuālā informācija, kā arī statistikas dati, ekonomiskā literatūra, utt., darbā ir iekļautas 21 tabulas un 11 attēli, kā arī 4 pielikumi.

The topic of the bachelor project is the “Z/S „Brivnieki" performance analysis and assesment of strategic development opportunitiesThe author of the bachelor project is Aigars Rūdulis, the scientific supervisor -chancellor of the Univeristy of Latvia Gundars Bērziņš. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the performance of farm „Brivnieki”, and identify the opportunities for development and the possible alternatives for the future, to develop a short description of the alternative development of the future, and to determine the gains and losses of the choice of one specific alternative. The bachelor Project thesis consists of three parts: farm “Brivnieki” theoretical aspects of the performance analysis, the practical aspects, and the scenarios for the future development of farm „Brīvnieki”. In the literature review the theoretical aspects of the performance analysis are examined, as well as the instructions for the analysis of the performance of the farm are reviewed, as example calculation formulas, company's environmental analysis techniques. In the empirical part of the research, the analysis of the internal and external environment of the farm is conducted, which is based on the theoretical framework worked out in the theoretical part. In the part of future developement, the scenarios for the future development of the farm „Brivnieki” are analyzed, the requirements for the realization of the alternatives are examined, and the advantages and disadvantages of the choice of one alternative are determined.

The conclusions about the previous activities of farm „Brivnieki” are drawn as a result of the research, and recommendations for improvement are made. In the bachelor project was included the company's individual .information and the statistics data, and the literature on economy etc. are used in the Bachelor thesis. The Bachelor thesis includes 21 tables, 11 figures and 4 attachments.
