Abstract

Diplomdarba pētījuma aktualitāti pamato ar SIA “Ernst & Young Baltic” finanšu analīzes veikšanas un turpmākās attīstības iespēju izskatīšanu, ņemot vērā COVID-19 vīrusa izplatību, kas būtiski skar uzņēmumu un tā klientus. Pētījuma mērķis - pamatojoties uz teoriju par COVID-19 vīrusa ietekmi uz finanšu datiem un SIA “Ernst & Young Baltic” finanšu datu analīzi, novērtēt ietekmi uz uzņēmuma darbības turpināšanos un sniegt priekšlikumus turpmākai tā attīstībai. Nozīmīgākie iegūtie rezultāti – pētītais uzņēmums ir starptautisks, COVID-19 ietekme finanšu rezultātos nav būtiska, galvenais risks tiek saskatīts uzņēmuma klientu darbības turpināšanas novērtējumā, konsultāciju sarežģītības pakāpes palielinājumā. Izvērtēti uzņēmuma ietekmējošie faktori, izstrādāti priekšlikumi to uzlabošanai.

The topicality of the diploma thesis research is based on the examination of the financial analysis and further development of SIA “Ernst & Young Baltic”, taking into account the spread of the COVID-19 virus, which significantly affects the company and its customers. The purpose of the study - based on the theory of COVID-19 virus impact on the financial data and analysis of the financial data of SIA “Ernst & Young Baltic”, to assess the impact of COVID-19 on the continuation of the company's operations and to provide proposals for its further development. The most significant results obtained - the researched company is international, the impact of COVID-19 on the financial results is not significant, the main risk is seen in the assessment of the company's customers' continuing operations, n the increase in the complexity of consulting. Factors influencing the company have been evaluated, proposals for their improvement have been developed.
