| dc.description.abstract | Darbā ir veikta cviterjonu šķidrumu paraugu tīrības noteikšana ar ŠH-MS metodi. Komponentu atdalīšanai paraugos tika lietota HILIC kolonna un dažāda sastāva kustīgās fāzes. Paraugos esošo piemaisījumu struktūras tika pierādītas ar ŠH-MS/MS eksperimentiem. Papildus tika veikti cviterjonu šķidrumu fragmentācijas pētījumi pie dažādām sadursmju enerģijām sadursmju inducētās disociācijas apstākļos. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Purity of zwitterionic liquid samples has been determined by LC-MS method in this thesis. HILIC column and different mobile phases were used for separation of compounds in the samples. The structures of the impurities have been confirmed by LC-MS/MS experiments. In addition fragmentation pathways of zwitterionic liquids were studied for different collision energies in collision induced dissociation conditions. | en_US |
