Bakalaura darbā raksturota SIA „Lattelecom Technology” darbība „DELL” produktu sadales kanālā. Darbā tiek analizēta produktu plūsma sadales kanālā, pasūtīšanas, uzglabāšanas un transportēšanas funkciju realizēšana šajā sadales kanālā, kā arī klientu apmierinātība ar uzņēmuma piedāvātajiem pakalpojumiem.
Balstoties uz latviešu un ārzemju autoru teorētiskajiem darbiem un praktiskajiem pētījumiem loģistikas un mārketinga jomā, galvenā uzmanība tiek veltīta produktu materiālajām un informācijas plūsmām sadales kanālā un ar to saistīto problēmu apzināšanai. Tam izmantota uzņēmumos iegūto informāciju.

Zēmele The operation of „Lattelecom Technology” in the distribution channel of „DELL” Degree work contains: 82 pages, 10 tables, 16 pictures and 16 attachment In the bachelor’s paper there are described the operations of „Lattelecom Technology” in the distribution channel of „DELL”. In the paper the flow of the goods is analyzed, and the realization of such functions as ordering, storing and transporting, as well as the level of satisfaction of the clients with the services offered by the company. On the basis of the theoretical insight and the practical research of Latvian and foreign authors in the field of marketing and logistics, in the centre of attention there are such questions as the material and the informative flow of the goods in the channel of distribution, and the exploration of the problems connected with the mentioned flow. For this purpose the information and the materials received from the companies have been used.
