Ķīmijterapijas riska faktori māsu praksē

Abstract

Darba autore Dana Petrovska studē LU Medicīnas fakultātes Veselības zinātņu bakalaura Māszinību programmā. Darba tēma: „Ķīmijterapijas riska faktori māsu praksē”. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot iespējamos riska faktorus māsu darbā ar ķīmijterapiju. Pētniecības jautājums: „Kādus aizsardzības pasākumus māsas veic darbā ar ķīmijterapijas preparātiem?”. Darbā analizēta pieejamā informācija par ķīmijterapiju, tās iespējamo ietekmi uz māsām, kuras strādā ar ķīmijpreparātiem, veselību, kā arī par nepieciešamajiem drošības apsvērumiem, kurus nosaka darba aizsardzības likums. Pētījums tika veikts vienā no Rīgas slimnīcām par riska faktoriem māsu darbā ar ķīmijterapiju. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un pētnieciskās daļas, ietver arī 3 pielikumus. Darbā izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti, 3 angļu valodā un 27 latviešu valodā. Atslēgas vārdi: māsa, ķīmijterapija, darba drošības pasākumi, drošas darba vides saglabāšana.

The author of this bachelor's paper Dana Petrovska studies at the sciences bachelor Nursing program of the LU Faculty of Health. The theme of the paper is: „Chemotherapy caused risk factors in nurse practice”. The aim of the paper is: to clarify the possible risk factors in nurse work with chemotherapy. Research question: What kind of protection measures nurses realizes working with chemotherapy? This paper analyzes information about chemotherapy, its possible influence on nurses health, who work with chemotherapy, necessary protection measures defined in work protection law. Research about chemotherapy caused risk factors in nurse practice was realized in one of the biggest hospitals in Riga. The bachelor’s paper consists of theoretical part and research part, which includes 3 supplements. In writing this paper the author used 30 different literary sources, 3 of which were in English and 27 in Latvian. Key words: nurse, chemotherapy, work protection measures, maintenance of safe work environment.
