Abstract
Autore darbā veica īpašuma institūta izpratnes evolūcijas izpēti laika posmā no 1964.gada 1.jūnija LPSR Civilkodeksa līdz mūsdienām, lai to labāk izprastu, izpētīja arī īpašuma institūta, jo īpaši privātīpašuma rašanās pirmsākumus. Lai izprastu to, kā veidojas sabiedrības izpratne, pētīja tiesiskās apziņas jēdzienu un tās deformācijas veidus. Aplūkoja un salīdzināja šā laika posma aktuālos normatīvos aktus.
The author took a research about the evolution of understanding the estate institution in the period from the Latvian SSR Civil Code, that accepted at 1st June of Year 1964 to the present day. In order to better understand the property, especially the private property conception, the author made a rresearch about the beginnings of private property, read history about it. To understand how public perceptions are formed, explored the legal awareness of the concept and its deformation. Viewed and compared this period laws and regulation with current laws and regulations.
