Baznīcas misija nedzirdīgiem cilvēkiem Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Baznīcas misija nedzirdīgiem cilvēkiem Latvijā”. Kristīgās Baznīcas misijas uzdevums izriet no Jēzus Kristus pavēles iet un darīt par mācekļiem visas tautas, ar Dieva Vārdu un sakramentiem sludinot evaņģēliju visai radībai. Nedzirdīgie latvieši Latvijā ir kā tauta tautā, kuru nedzirdīgo kultūra un zīmju valoda būtiski atšķiras no dzirdīgo latviešu kultūras un valodas. Darba mērķis ir atspoguļot kalpošanas darbu nedzirdīgiem cilvēkiem baznīcā un pētīt nedzirdīgo kultūru, lai noteiktu tās specifiskās pazīmes un vajadzības. Šī kalpošana Rīgas Svētā Jāņa evaņģēliski luteriskajā baznīcā un Septītās dienas Adventistu Rīgas 1. draudzē notiek ilgstoši. Viņu pieredze ļauj mācīties arī citām Latvijas baznīcu draudzēm, ja tās vēlas ieviest šādu kalpošanu. Uzdevums ir salīdzināt draudžu izmantotās metodes un, apkopojot iegūto informāciju, sniegt izmantoto metožu raksturojumu.

The topic of this Bachelor`s thesis is „Mission of the Christian church for the Deaf people in Latvia”. Mission of the Christian Church results from Jesus Christ’s demand- to go and make all people disciples, preaching gospel for all the creatures with God’s Name and sacrament’s. Deaf Latvians in Latvia are like a nation in nation which culture and sign language significantly differs from rest of the Latvian culture and language. Goal of this work is to reflect the service job for deaf people in church and to introduce the reader with Deaf culture. This service in Riga`s St. John`s Evangelical Lutheran Church and Seventh day’s Adventist’s Riga’s 1st congregation is happening for a long time now. Their experience also allows other Latvian churches and councils to learn from them, if they are willing to introduce this kind of service in their churches. The Goal is to compare methods which are used in councils and gathering all the obtained information, give you the description of all the used methods.
