Abstract
Darbā ir apkopota literatūra par jonu šķidrumu hromatogrāfiskās analīzes iespējām, veikti jaunu jonu šķidrumu - cviterjonu sorbcijas pētījumi, izmantojot AEŠH. Noteikti analizējamo vielu kapacitātes faktori, joslu asimetrija un teorētisko šķīvju skaits, atkarībā no organiskā šķīdinātāja satura kustīgajā fāzē un jonu pāru reaģenta veida. Izpētīta dažādu faktoru ietekme uz cviterjonu šķidrumu hromatogrāfiskiem rādītājiem.
The theoretical part of this thesis contains a literature review on chromatographic analysis of ionic liquids. The experimental section contains sorption investigation of new ionic liquids – zwitterionic in high performance liquid chromatography system. Influence of the mobile phase composition on the retention factors, asymmetry and number of theoretical plates has been observed.
