Abstract
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt SIA “Salaspils veselības un sociālās aprūpes centrs” finansiālā stāvokļa analīzi 2020.–2024. gada periodā, identificējot galvenos faktorus, kas ietekmē uzņēmuma finansiālo stabilitāti, un izstrādājot priekšlikumus maksātspējas, finanšu efektivitātes un peļņas uzlabošanai. Ikviena uzņēmuma darbības pamatuzdevums ir nodrošināt ilgtspējīgu finansiālo attīstību, sasniedzot pozitīvus saimnieciskās darbības rezultātus, tostarp gūstot peļņu. Finanšu pārskatu analīze sniedz iespēju vispusīgi novērtēt uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli, identificējot tā stiprās un vājās puses, kā arī atklājot potenciālos riskus un to ietekmi uz darbības rādītājiem. Balstoties uz analīzes rezultātiem, darbā ir formulēti pamatoti un praktiski īstenojami priekšlikumi uzņēmuma veiktspējas pilnveidošanai, tostarp mērķtiecīgas rīcības plāna izstrādei, kas vērsts uz finansiālās stabilitātes, peļņas līmeņa un darbības efektivitātes paaugstināšanu ilgtermiņā.
The objective of this bachelor's thesis is to conduct a financial analysis of SIA “Salaspils veselības un sociālās aprūpes centrs” for the period 2020–2024, identifying the key factors influencing the company's financial stability and developing recommendations to improve solvency, financial efficiency, and profitability. The core mission of any enterprise is to ensure sustainable financial development by achieving positive economic outcomes, including profitability. Financial statement analysis enables a comprehensive assessment of a company's financial position, identifying its strengths and weaknesses, as well as uncovering potential risks and their impact on operational performance. Based on the results of the analysis, this thesis presents well-founded and practically applicable recommendations for improving the company’s performance, including the development of a targeted action plan aimed at enhancing long-term financial stability, profitability, and operational efficiency.
