Blokķēžu tehnoloģijas ieviešana numuru pārnesamības sistēmā

Abstract

Darba mērķis: Izstrādāt sistēmas prototipu modernizētai mobilo numuru pārnesamības (MNP) sistēmai, kas atbilstu izvirzītajām sistēmas prasībām un būtu saskaņā ar visu iesaistīto pušu interesēm. Darbs sastāv no 3 daļām, kur pirmajā tiek aprakstīts mobilo numuru pārnešanas process un tiek apskatītas iespējamās alternatīvas pašreiz lietotajai sistēmai, otrajā tiek padziļināti izpētīta blokķēžu tehnoloģijas būtība, kā arī tiek izpētīti pieejamie risinājumi un sagatavoti piemēri kā būtu jāizskatās MNP procesiem, izmantojot izpētītos risinājumus, bet trešajā daļā tiek izstrādāts prototips MNP procesam, kas tiek darbināts Hyperledger Sawtooth platformā. Rezultātā tiek izstrādāts sistēmas prototips, kurā tiek izveidota MNP procesa darījum prasību apstrādes loģika un veikta tās implementācija uz blokķēžu tehnoloģijām balstītā vidē.

Aim of work: Develop a system prototype for a modernized mobile number portability (MNP) system that meets the requirements and interests of all parties involved. The work consists of 3 parts, where the first describes the process of mobile number porting and considers possible alternatives for existing system, the second explores the nature of blockchain technology, explores the possible solutions and provides examples of what MNP processes should look like using the researched solutions. In the third part a prototype MNP process running on the Hyperledger Sawtooth platform is developed. As a result, a prototype of the system is developed, in which the logic of business requirements of the MNP process is created and implemented in an environment based on blockchain technologies.
