Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “CRM sistēmas ieviešana uzņēmumā “North Technology Group””. Darba mērķis ir konstatēt klientu attiecību pārvaldības sistēmas integrēšanas nepieciešamību uzņēmumā un izstrādāt ieviešanas plānu. Pētījuma procesā bija izanalizētas vairākas integrēšanas iespējas. Rezultātā darba autore secināja, ka labāk ir izmantot integrācijas moduļus, jo tas ievērojami atvieglo un paātrina implementēšanas procesu. Kopējais bakalaura darba apjoms ir 60 lapaspuses. Darbā ir iekļautas 7 tabulas un 14 attēli.
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is “The implementation of CRM system in the “North Technology Group” company”. The aim of the work is to identify the need to integrate the customer relationship management system in the company and to develop an implementation plan. In the research process, several integration options were analyzed. As a result, the author concluded that it is better to use integration modules, as it greatly facilitates and speeds up the implementation process. The total volume of the bachelor's thesis is 60 pages. The work includes 7 tables and 14 pictures.
