SIA "Vesta ABM" saimnieciskās darbības analīze un finansiālā stāvokļa attīstības iespējas

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma: SIA „Vesta ABM” saimnieciskās darbības analīze un finansiālā stāvokļa attīstības iespējas. Saimnieciskās darbības analīzes rezultāti, uzņēmuma vadībai ļauj laikus novērst uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības draudus, nekaitējot uzņēmumam. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, balstoties uz saimnieciskās darbības analīzes rezultātiem, novērtēt uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli un izstrādāt ieteikumus SIA “Vesta ABM” uzņēmuma finansiālās stabilitātes pilnveidošanai un uzlabošanai nākotnē. Darba gaitā autore atklāja, ka SIA „Vesta ABM” brīvie līdzekļi tiek neracionāli izmantoti. Darba beigās autore izstrādāja priekšlikumus uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības uzlabošanai. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 94 lappuses, tas satur 12 tabulas, 22 attēlus, 9 pielikumus un 25 izmantotās literatūras avotus. The theme of the master’s thesis is LTD "Vesta ABM" analysis of economic activity and characteristics of finansial development. The results of the analysis of economic activity, company’s management allows for the timely prevent the operating activity of the company, without prejudice to the company. The aim of this work is to on the basis of the results of the analysis of economic activity, to assess the financial situation of the company and to develop recommendations to the LTD “Vest ABM” for perfecting and improving the company’s financial stability in the future. During the research of the master's thesis, the author has found out that LTD „Vesta ABM” free funds are not used to provide the companies competition. At the end of the author developed proposals for the improvement of the economic activity of the undertaking. The amount of work is 94 master page, it contains 12 tables, 22 images, 9 annexes and 25 used literature. Keywords: business analysis, cash flow analysis, liquidity ratios.
