Lietderības revīzijas pielietojums ar komandējumiem saistīto finanšu dokumentu plūsmas uzraudzības pilnveidei augstākās izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Maģistra darbā “Lietderības revīzijas pielietojums ar komandējumiem saistīto finanšu dokumentu plūsmas uzraudzības pilnveidei augstākās izglītības iestādē” tiek pētīts komandējuma noformēšanas, komandējuma atskaites un avansa norēķina process, paveiktā darba rezultāti un tā atbilstība normatīvo aktu prasībām. Darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz lietderības revīzijas pielietojuma iespējām un komandējuma izdevumu normatīvā regulējuma izpētes rezultātiem, konstatēt problēmas un nepilnības gan no likuma devēja puses, gan arī augstākās izglītības institūciju puses, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus augstākajām izglītības institūcijām komandējuma izdevumu uzskaites pilnveidošanai. Darba struktūra sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem un literatūras saraksta. Darba apjoms ir 96 lpp. Darbā iekļautas 3 tabulas, 9 attēli.

The master's thesis "Application of the use of performance audit for the improvement of supervision of the flow of financial documents related to business trips in the higher education institution" examines the whole process of documentation of business trips, including application, reporting, advance and final payments, business trips’ results and the compliance with the requirements of legal acts. The aim of the work is to identify problems and gaps both from the legislation perspective and from the perspective of management of the higher education institution. The analysis is based on the results of the feasibility studies and performance audit. At the end conclusions and proposals for management of higher education institution are designed in order to improve tracking of expenses used for business trips. The work consists of the following chapters - an introduction, 3 main chapters, conclusions, proposals and a list of literatures. Amount of the thesis is 96 pages. There are 3 tables, 9 figures.
