Darba algu salīdzinājums un to ietekmējošie faktori Latvijā, Igaunijā un Lietuvā

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Darba algu salīdzinājums un to ietekmējošie faktori Latvijā, Igaunijā un Lietuvā” mērķis ir parādīt, ka algu atšķirības Baltijas valstīs absolūtos skaitļos atšķiras lielākā mērā, kā tas tiek atspoguļots pēc bruto vai neto algu lieluma. Kā arī izpētīt, vai pastāv nozīmīga sakarība starp darba ražīgumu un algu lielumu. Tika izvirzīta hipotēze – viens no darba algas lieluma noteicošajiem faktoriem ir darba ražīgums. Kā darba uzdevumi tika izvirzīti sekojoši punkti: iepazīties ar darba algas jēdzienu, apskatīt darba algu ietekmējošos faktorus un to saistību ar algu lielumu, veikt strādājošo mēneša algu statistisko analīzi Baltijas valstīs, kā arī balstoties uz interviju rezultātiem, pētīt darba ražīguma un algu pieauguma korelāciju. Pētījuma gaitā tika konstatēts, ka darba ražīgumam ir būtiska ietekme uz darba algu lielumu.

The aim of the Master's paper "Comparison of wages and factors that influence them in Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania" is to show that wage differences in absolute terms are larger than it is reflected in the gross or net wage numbers. Also, the goal is to assess whether there exists a significant relationship between productivity and wage level. The following hypothesis was put forward – productivity is one of the main factors that influences the wage level. The following tasks were formulated – get familiar with the concept of wage, assess the factors that influence the wage level, perform a statistical analysis of the wage level of working people in the Baltic States, and research the correlation between productivity and wage increases, based on the results of interviews. As a result of the research it was concluded that productivity has a significant impact on the wage level.
