Abstract
Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Aizstāvis kriminālprocesā”. Darbā tika pētīta aizstāvja jēdziena izpratne, kā arī aizstāvja tiesības un pienākumi kriminālprocesā. Pētījuma gaitā tiek analizēti normatīvie akti, kas saistīti ar aizstāvja jēdzienu un aizstāvja funkciju reglamentāciju.
The title of the Bachelor thesis is “Defence counsel in criminal procedure”. The concept of defence counsel as well as its rights and duties during criminal procedure was researched in this Bachelor thesis. During this research laws and regulations were analyzed, pertaining to the concept of the defence councel and its functions.
