Transporta sistēmas attīstība Latvijā no 2000 līdz 2006 gadam

Abstract

Diplomdarbs ir veltīts Latvijas transporta sistēmas attīstībai 2000.-2006. gadā, kravas pārvadājumiem, transporta sistēmas mūsdienu stāvoklim, attīstības perspektīvām un iekšējiem kravas pārvadājumu tarifiem. Darbā izpētīts un izrēķināts auto kravas pārvadājumu izdevīgums. Darbs sastāv no 60 lappusēm, 6 attēliem, 10 tabulām. Darbā ir analizēti statistiskie dati salīdzināti dažādi transporta veidi, cenas un tarifi, problēmas un to risināšanas iespējas. Tika izpētīta zinātniskā literatūra par transporta pārvadājumiem. Bakalaura darbs pamatots uz literatūras materiāliem. Izstrādāti un sistemātiskajā kārtībā izteikti kravu pārvadāšanas jautājumi mūsdienu ekonomikā. Darbā aplūkotas likumdošanas bāzes problēmas un uzlabošanas aspekti. Pamatojoties uz minētiem piemēriem, darbā uzrādītās biežāk sastopamās neprecizitātes un kļūdas starptautiskajā auto pārvadīšanā.

The diploma work is devoted to cargo carriage and tariffs of inland cargo carriage, development and conditions of Latvian transport system in the period from 2000 to 2006, as well as perspectives of future development of Latvian transport system. The study of cargo carriage and calculations of the profitability of cargo carriage is worked out in the diploma work. The diploma work is writen on 60 pages, it contains 6 charts and 10 tables. Statistical data of respective sector are analized, comparision of different modes of transport, prices and tariffs are set out and possible ways of solving problems is examined in the work. Also scientific bibliography was owerabout cargo carriage are owerseen. The bachelor work is based on matherials of literature, which are systematized and reflect main economic points of todays cargo carriage. The legislative aspects and ways of improvement legislative foundation is proposed in the work. Also main failures and inconsecvencies in the international cargo carriage, based on concrete examples are fixed in the work.
