Nereģistrētie lietotāji varēs tikai tos apskatīt, savukārt lietotāji, kuri būs veikuši reģistrāciju, varēs ievietot sludinājumus un pārvaldīt tos. Tīmekļa lapa ir izvietota uz ipage.com servera, un darba izstrādāšanai tika izmantots Codeigniter programmietvars, PHP, MySQL, CSS un HTML.
