Vecāku un bērnu mantiskās attiecības

Abstract

Bakalaura darba "Vecāku un bērna mantiskās attiecības" mērķis ir izpētīt vecāku un bērna mantisko attiecību regulējumu Latvijas Republikas normatīvajos tiesību aktos, atklājot tajos iespējamās problēmas un nepilnības. Bakalaura darba pirmajā daļā apskatīts vecāku un bērna mantisko attiecību jēdziens un izpratne, pievērsta uzmanība uz vecāku un bērna mantisko attiecību pirmsākumiem caur vēstures prizmu, lai apzinātos ģimenes tiesību nozīmīgumu cilvēces attīstībā un tagadējā dzīvē. Bakalaura darba otrā daļa veltīta tam, lai izpētītu vecāku un bērna personiskās attiecības, kas cieši saistāmas ar mantiskajām attiecībām. Tā kā vecāku un bērna mantiskās attiecības ietver sevī vairākus aspektus, tie katrs aplūkoti bakalaura darba trešajā daļā sīkāk – bērna mantas pārvaldīšanas tiesības, bērna brīvā manta, darījumi par bērna mantu.

Bachelor paper's „Parents and child property relations” aim is to explore the parent-child relationship property legislation of the Republic of Latvian legislation, regulation, revealing those potential problems and failures. Undergraduate work at first viewed part of the parents and the child's concept of property relations and understanding, focus on parent-child relationship property beginnings through the prism of history to be aware of the importance of family and human development present in life. Undergraduate work of the second part devoted to the study of parents and the child's interpersonal relationships, which are closely associated with the property relations. Since the parent and the child's property regime involves several aspects, they each dealt with undergraduate work in more detail the third part - the child's property management rights of the child's free property transaction for the child's belongings.
