Abstract
Maģistra darba mērķis ir fitnesa centra SIA „Health Fitness” dibināšana, kas sniegs tādus sporta pakalpojumus, kā aerobikas, Body Bike, jogas un pilates nodarbības, trenažieru zāles pakalpojumus, bērnu nodarbības un sporta/uztura speciālista konsultācijas.
Latvijā ir diezgan daudz uzņēmumu, kas darbojas sporta jomā, tomēr autore nolēma dibināt sporta klubu Latgales priekšpilsētā, kur šobrīd ir tikai viens sporta klubs, līdz ar to jaunam, topošam uzņēmumam būs mazāka konkurences un vairāk iespēju popularizēt un attīstīt sporta jomu noteiktā rajonā.
Projekta ideja par sporta centra dibināšanu radās, jo pirmkārt, analizējot iedzīvotāju nodarbošanās ar sporta aktivitātēm, tika secināts, ka Latvijā iedzīvotāju nodarbošanās ar fiziskām aktivitātēm nav regulāra un daudz cilvēku ar sportu nenodarbojās vispār.
Otrkārt, dibinot sporta klubu, aizvien vairāk iedzīvotāju tiks pamudināti nodarboties ar fiziskām aktivitātēm un līdz ar to tiks uzlabota iedzīvotāju veselība un fiziskās aktivitātēs kļūs par neatņemamo viņu dzīvesveida sastāvdaļu.
Treškārt, analizējot un izvērtējot Latgales priekšpilsētā piedāvātos sporta pakalpojumus, tika secināts, ka Latgales priekšpilsētā sporta pakalpojumi nav tik plaši pieejami iedzīvotājiem un līdz ar to sporta centra atrašanas vieta aktivizēs iedzīvotājus nodarboties ar fiziskām aktivitātēm noteiktā rajonā.
Ceturtkārt, sporta kluba apmeklētājiem tiks piedāvāti tādi pakalpojumi, kurus reti var sastapt citos sporta klubos, piemēram, iespēja atstāt savus bērnus nodarbību laikā bērnu istabiņā. Tajā tiks piedāvātas speciālas sporta nodarbības bērniem. Sporta kluba apmeklētāji varēs saņemt konsultāciju pie sporta/uztura speciālista, kurš izstrādās individuālas treniņu programmas atbilstoši sporta kluba apmeklētāju veselības stāvoklim un līdz ar to, šīs pakalpojums būs unikāls, jo nevienā citā sporta klubā neietilpst sporta/uztura speciālista konsultācijas.
Sporta klubs SIA „Health Fitness” tiks reģistrēts Uzņēmumu reģistrā kā PVN maksātājs 2013.gadā 1.jūlijā, bet savu darbību uzsāks 2013.gadā 01.novembrī Saharova ielā 17, Rīgā, LV- 1082.
Sporta kluba SIA „Health Fitness” pamatkapitāls sastādīs 25 000 LVL. Sporta kluba īpašniece būs Olga Motina. Projekta dibināšanai, naudas līdzekļi tiks ieguldīti no īpašnieces personīgajiem līdzekļiem, bet tiek plānots, ka uzņēmuma veiksmīgas darbības un attīstības fitnesu nozarē, tiks izmantota biznesa eņģeļu finansēšanas iespējas.
The aim of this master`s thesis is to establish SIA „Health Fitness” sport centre, which will provide such services as aerobics, body bike, yoga and pilates exercises, gym service, exercises for children and sport/nutrition speciālist consultations. In Latvia are many enterprises that are specializing in sports industry, however the author decided to establish sport centre in Latgales city district where is only one sport centre present, therefore for the new ascendant enterprise will have less comptetion and more possibilities to popularize and develop fitness industry in certain region. Firstly, the concept of the sport centre project establishment has been originated, by analyzing Latvian population physical activities. It was concuded that in Latvia the frequency of physical activities is not regular and many people do not do sports. Secondly, sport centre establisment will attract more people to physical activities and therefore peoples health will be improved and physical activities will become irreplaceable part of people`s healthy life style. Thirdly, by analyzing and estimating Latgales city district`s offered sport services, it was concluded, that for Latgales city district`s population access to sport activities is limited. Fourthly, for sport centre customers will be offered such services which are rarely to be found in other sport centres, for example childrens room, where special sports exercises for children will be offered. Sport centre will provide their customers with consultations of sport / nutrition specialist who will develop an individual training program in accordance with the customers health status, therefore this service will be unique as no other sport centres are offering such service to their customers. Sport centre "Health Fitness" Ltd. will be registered in the Enterprise Register as VAT payer on July 1st 2013, but will start it’s operations on November 1st 2013 at Sakharova Street 17, Riga, LV-1082. Sport centre "Health Fitness" Ltd. core capital is 25 000 LVL. The owner of the sport centre is Olga Motina. The funds for sport centre establishment will be invested from its own resources. It is expected that sport centre activity will be successfull in fitness industry, therefore business angel financing options may be used. For the successful start-up of the sport centre all the necessary assets will be bought. Mostly, all the sport centre assets will be purchased on internet store and the amount of the total purchase will be 8065.47 LVL.
