Kvalifikācijas darbā ir aprakstīta „Personāla atlases sistēma. Modulis sludinājumi un sistēmas parametri”.
Personāla atlase, bieži vien, ir liela problēma uzņēmumos. No daudziem kandidātiem
izvēlēties labāko nav viegli. Mūsu sistēma ir labs palīgs šajā procesā, sākot ar projekta
izveidošanu un kandidātu datu ievadi un beidzot ar sludinājumu publicēšanu uzņēmuma
mājas lapā.
Sludinājumu un sistēmas parametru modulis ir atbildīgs par sludinājumu izveidošanu, to
publicēšanu, kandidātu pieteikumu aizpildīšanu un par lietotāju reģistrēšanu un to pilnvarošanu.
The qualifying work describes a part - advertisement and application system parameter modules of a recruitment system. It is crucial to find a good employee for a company. Many companies are facing the problem like this. Everyone wants to avoid mistakes, and do not miss a suitable candidate. Our system is an excellent helper in this process. It automates the process from project creation and information collection about candidates till placing advertisements on the company’s web site. The main tasks implemented in the advertisements and system parameters modules are - create advertisements, publication of advertisements, fill out the application form by the candidates as well as registration of system users and their authentication.
