Celiakijas izplatība pacientu vidū ar funkcionālām gremošanas sistēmas saslimšanām

Abstract

Darba mērķis: Apkopot analīžu rezultātus pacientiem ar funkcionālām gremošanas sistēmas slimībām. Noskaidrot celiakijas seroprevalenci, kā arī morfoloģiski apstiprinātās celiakijas prevalenci pacientiem ar funkcionālām slimībām pēc Romas III kritērijiem. Noskaidrot celiakijas prevalences atšķirības starp kairināto zarnu sindroma apakštipiem. Materiāli un metodes: Kopumā pētījumā iekļauti 1519 pacienti (2010. līdz 2013.gadam), no kuriem 382 pacienti ietilps grupā ar kairināto zarnu sindromu un prevalējošu diareju, 187 pacienti ar kairināto zarnu sindromu un dominanto konstipāciju tipu un 178 ar kairināto zarnu sindromu un mainīgu vēdera izeju. Visiem pacientiem apstiprināts kairināto zarnu sindroms vai funkcionāla dispepsija un veikta kāda no celiakijas diagnozes apstiprinošām izmeklēšanas metodēm – seroloģija vai biopsijas histopatoloģiskais izmeklējumus.

Objective: To collect test results of the patient with functional digestive disorders. To find out celiac disease seroprevalene and morphologically approved celiac disease prevalence for patient with functional digestive disorders using Rome III criteria. To find out differences in prevelence between patients with celiac disease and irritable bowel syndrome subtype. Materials and Methods: The study objected 1519 patients (2010 to 2013, year), 382 of which belonged to the group of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea, 187 belong to the group of irritable bowel syndrome with constipation and 178 belong to the group of irritable bowel syndrome altered type. All patients has confirmed irritable bowel syndrome or dyspepsia and has manage some of celiac disease confirmatory methods of investigation –serology or biopsy histopathological investigation. The study was conducted in ‘’Riga Eastern Clinical University Hospital’’ un digestive disease centre “GASTRO”.
