Abstract
Mobile technologies rise ever higher in whole western society. People need to access their data from anywhere. Therefore weak laptops with extended battery time and powerful cell phones as well as sophisticated file transfer programs are filling the market today. The problem is - people need light devices to access all important information, but small device cannot be powerful enough, or it would cost too much. The aim of master’s thesis is to create and describe a system that would allow the user without IT knowledge in an easy and intuitive manner using cell phone or a weak computer with internet connection to access practically unlimited resources, ensure an option for the user to change accessible processor power, operational memory and storage space and to save the information about each user resource usage in database.
