Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir „Konfliktsituāciju un to risināšanas veidi sociālajā darbā ar klientu mikrolīmenī”. Darba mērķis ir pētīt konfliktsituāciju un to risināšanas veidus sociālajā darbā ar klientu mikrolīmenī. Diplomdarbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā teorētiski ir analizēts konflikta jēdziens un konflikta cēloņi, konflikta funkcijas, kā arī konflikta veidi. Otrajā nodaļā ir analizēti biežāk sastopamie konfliktu cēloņi, kas pastāv tieši sociālā darba mikropraksē. Trešajā nodaļā ir analizēti konfliktu risināšanas veidi un metodes, kuras sociālais darbinieks var izmantot konflikta risināšanas procesā; plašāk raksturotas pārrunas un mediācija. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek dota atskaite par empīrisko pētījumu, kurā tiek noskaidroti biežāk sastopamie konflikti starp sociālo darbinieku un klientu un to risināšanas veidiem. Balstoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem, diplomdarba autore secina, ka sociāliem darbiniekiem konflikti biežāk veidojas dēļ klienta negatīvām rakstura īpašībām, tā rezultātā netiek pildīti līdzdalības pienākumi. Konflikta situācijā sociālais darbinieks notikumu gaitu var ietekmēt, parādot savu attieksmi un nostāju brīdī, kad sāk veidoties sadursme. Zināšanas par konfliktu, tā dinamiku, raksturīgajām uzvedības taktikām un konfliktu risināšanas veidiem ir pamats speciālistam attiecīgajā brīdī atpazīt konflikta cēloni un adekvāti reaģēt. The title of diploma paper is "Conflict situation and resolution types in social work with client at the micro level". The goal of this paper is to research conflict situations and their resolution possibilities in social work at micro lever with clients. Diploma paper consists of four sections. The first section describes the theoretical concept of conflict, the cause of conflict, the functions of conflict and its kind. The second section describes frequently encountered causes of conflict especially in social work micro level practice. The third section describes analysis of resolution of conflict and methods which a social worker can apply in the process of conflict resolution, with a focus on discussion and mediation. The fourth section contains a report from the empiric research. It is about frequently encountered conflicts between social worker and client and the resolution of said conflict. The author of diploma paper concludes, based on the results from the research that the conflict in social work arises most frequently because of negative character traits of the client, resulting in malformed collaboration. To influence the course of events of conflict situation when a collision occurs, social worker may demonstrate his or her attitude and a firm stance. Knowledge about conflict, its dynamics, characteristic behavior tactics and resolution of conflict form a base for a specialist to identify the cause of conflict and to react adequately.
