H1 antihistamīna bezrecepšu medikamentu aprite Benu aptiekā 15

Abstract

Alerģija ir viena no izplatītākajām mūsdienu hroniskajām saslimšanām. Visbiežāk alerģijas ārstēšanai izmanto H1 antihistamīna medikamentus, kuri nomāc histamīna izdalīšanos. Aptiekās bez receptes pieejami gan pirmās, gan otrās paaudzes H1 antihistamīna medikamenti. Darba mērķis - noskaidrot H1 antihistamīna bezrecepšu medikamentu apriti BENU aptiekā 15, ar anketēšanas palīdzību izvērtēt H1 antihistamīna bezrecepšu medikamentu iegādāšanās un lietošanas paradumus. Bakalaura darbs tika izstrādāts Latvijas Universitātes Medicīnas fakultātes Farmācijas bakalaura studiju programmā. The most often used drug is H1 antihistamines inhibiting the release of histamine. There are non-prescription first and second generation H1 antihistamines available in pharmacies. The aim of this study is to explore the movement of non-prescription drugs in BENU pharmacy 15 and make a survey to explore the trends affecting purchase and seasonality. The work was carried out in Faculty of Medicine of University of Latvia in framework of Pharmacy bachelor program.
