Cilvēku pieredze mainot darba vietu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt cilvēku pieredzi darba vietas maiņas procesā un noteikt ar to saistītos faktorus. Temats ir aktuāls, jo atbilst pastāvīgām izmaiņām mūsdienu sabiedrībā un darba tirgū. Darba teorētiskais pamats veidots balstoties uz Ā. Maslova motivācijas teoriju un R. Emersona un E. Lavlera sociālās apmaiņas teorijām. Darbā izmantota kvalitatīvā metodoloģija, lai noskaidrotu kādu pieredzi cilvēks iegūst darba maiņas procesā un kādi individuālie faktori to ietekmē. Datu analīzei tiek izmantota kvalitatīvā kontentanalīze. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj, ka darba vietas maiņu ietekmē individuālie faktori, piemēram sociāli-emocionālais faktors. The title - People’s experiences of job change. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to explore people`s experiences during job change and to identify related factors. The theoretical framework is based on A. Maslow's motivation theory and social exchange theories of R. Emerson and E. Lawler. A qualitative methodology was used. The purpose was to understand the experiences people gain during the process of job change and the individual factors that influence it. Data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. The results show that job change is influenced by individual factors, such as social-emotional aspects. The process of changing jobs contributes social experience.
