Vergu valodas iezīmes Plauta komēdijās

Abstract

V. Frolovičevas bakalaura darba „Vergu valodas iezīmes Plauta komēdijās” izvirzītais darba mērķis ir – balstoties uz tekstu materiāla, kas atlasīts no trim Plauta komēdijām, sniegt tajās vērojamās vergu valodas raksturojumu. Bakalaura darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatīti Plauta dzīves fakti, sniegts viņa dzīves laika vēsturisko notikumu un sabiedrības raksturojums, un to ietekme uz Plauta daiļradi. Tiek sniegta analīzei izvēlēto komēdiju īsi sižeta apraksti, lielāko uzmanību pievēršot verga tēla lomai. Kā arī tiek apkopoti antīko autoru un jauno laiku filologu veikto pētījumu rezultāti par Plauta valodu, un sniegts pārskats par valodas paveidiem un stiliem mūsdienu teorijā, koncentrējoties uz sarunvalodas un vienkāršrunas raksturojumu. Bakalaura darba analīzes daļā, balstoties uz mūsdienu teoriju par valodas paveidiem un stiliem, tiek pētītas sarunvalodas, vienkāršrunas stila, kā arī bufonādes elementu iezīmes vergu tēlu valodā. Kā arī skaidrotas izmantoto valodas elementu funkcijas vergu valodā. Pētījuma rezultātā secināts, ka Plauta komēdijās vergu valodu raksturo iezīmes, kas mūsdienu izpratnē saistāmas ar sarunvalodas (izsauksmes vārdi, partikulas, deminutīvi, frazeoloģismi, barbarismi) un vienkāršrunas (barbarismi, vulgārismi, žargonismi, vienkāršrunas frazeoloģismi) stilu, kā arī mākslinieciskās izteiksmes līdzekļu (metaforas, salīdzinājumi, personifikācijas, hiperbolas) un dzejas izteiksmes līdzekļi (atskaņas, aliterācijas, vārdu divkāršojumi un daudzkāršojumi) lietojums. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 40 lpp. Pētniecības darbam izmantots 21 literatūras avots.

The aim of the bachelor’s paper „The Features of the Language of Slaves in Plautus' Comedies” by V. Froloviceva is – to give a description of the language used by slaves, based on the text material selected from the three comedies of Plautus. The theoretical part of the bachelor’s paper deals with some facts related to the Plautus’ life and description of the historical events and society during his life time, as well as their influence on Plautus’ art. Short scene descriptions of the selected comedies, paying special attention to the character of slaves are also given. The theoretical part of the bachelor’s paper also contains the insight into the studies of the Plautus’ language by ancient author’s and modern time philologists. An overview of the language types and styles in accordance with the contemporary linguistic theory focusing on the description of colloquial speech and low colloquial is also given. The analysis part of the bachelor’s paper deals with the studies of the colloquial speech, low colloquial and elements of buffoonery in the language of slaves. Also there is given an explanation of functions of linguistic elements applied in the language used by slaves. The results of the study shows that language of slaves applied in Plautus’ comedies is characterized by usage of the colloquial speech (interjections, particles, diminutives, phraseological units, barbarisms), low colloquial (slang, vulgarisms, slang phraseological units), lexical stylistic devices (metaphors, similes, personifications, hyperboles) and poetry expression (rhymes, alliterations, reduplications). The volume of the bachelor’s paper is 40 pages. It contains references to 21 sources.
