| dc.description.abstract | Diplomdarba „Konkurētspējas un finanšu situācijas analīze. SIA Gurmans ‖ mērķis ir, balstoties uz SIA ―Gurmans‖ gada pārskatu informāciju, veikt uzľēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa izvērtēšanu, atklāt trūkumus un nepilnības, izvērtēt tā attīstības iespējas un izstrādāt priekšlikumus finansiālās situācijas uzlabošanai. Darba pamatstruktūru veido ievads, trīs nodaļas, secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Pirmajā nodaļā aplūkoti konkurences un finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēts ēdināšanas pakalpojumu segments un SIA ―Gurmans‖ saimnieciskā darbība. Un trešā nodaļā veikts SIA ―Gurmans‖ finanšu situācijas izvērtējums un uzľēmuma nākotnes attīstības iespējas. Autore pētījuma gaitā nonāca pie secinājuma, ka SIA „Gurmans‖ pašreizējos krīzes apstākļos noveda uzľēmumu dziļās konkurēt nespējīgās un maksātnespējas apstākļos pateicoties nepareizai kreditēšanas politikai uzľēmumā. Darba izstrādes procesā tika izmantoti 31 informācijas avots. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 65 lappuses. Tas satur 7 tabulas, 16 attēlus un 3 pielikumus. | dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this Graduate work ―Competitiveness and financial situation analyze. Ltd. Gurman Company‖, what is based on the "Gurman" company annual report and the information of company's financial condition, is to detect possible risks and shortcomings, to assess its potential and develop proposals to improve the financial situation. The basic structure of the dissertation consists of the introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations. The first chapter deals with the theoretical aspects of competitiveness and financial analysis. The second chapter analyzes the food service segment and Ltd. "Gurman" economic activity. The third chapter, Ltd. "Gurman" financial situation review and an assessment of its future development. Through the course of the research author has come to the overall conclusion that Ltd. ―Gurmans‖, during the current crisis has led company uncompetitive and insolvent, due to improper lending policy of the company. The dissertation consists of 31 pages and contains 7 tables, 16 figures and 3 appendices. 31 sources of information have been used in the development of this research paper.
