Abstract
Maģistra darba tēma ir “ Latvijas biškopības nozares un medus pārstrādes uzņēmuma analīze”.
Autors pēta biškopības nozari un medus pārstrādes uzņēmums SIA „Vinnis”, kuram tiek izstrādāta stratēģija un analizēta saimnieciskā darbība.
Sevišķa uzmanība darbā ir veltīta matricām: Bostonas, Makenlija un SVID matricām.
Maģistra darbs sastāv no trijām daļām. Darbā tiek sniegts teorētisks apkopojums, kas palīdz izprast praktisko daļu un izvērtēt lēmumu pieņemšanu uzņēmējdarbībā un biškopības nozarē, kā arī pozitīvās un negatīvās sekas.
Pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīta biškopības attīstība un tiesiskā bāze, kas sniedz priekštatu par likumdošanu un biškopības vēsturisko attīstību.
Otrajā nodaļā tiek pētīta Latvijas biškopības produkcijas ražošana, pārstrāde un realizācija, kas sniedz vispārīgu ekonomisko priekšstatu par biškopību Latvijā.
Trešajā nodaļā tiek apskatīts lielākais medus pārstrādes uzņēmums Latvijā SIA
„Vinnis”, tas dod priekšstatu par mūsdienu medus pārstrādi un tirdzniecību. Uzņēmumam tiek izveidota attīstības stratēģija, aprēķināti finansu un ekonomiskie rādītāji. Izmantojot SVID analīzi, tiek analizētas uzņēmuma attīstības stiprās un vājās puses, iespējas un draudi, kā arī nākotnes attīstības perspektīvas.
Darbā tika izmantoti teorētiskie materiāli, interneta resursi, Latvijas Republikas likumi un normatīvie akti, Centrālās statistikas pārvaldes dati, kā arī ES direktīvas un uzņēmuma nepublicētie materiāli.
Darba apjoms ir 85 lpp., tajā ir attēli un tabulas.

Master thesis topic is 'The Latvian bee's and honey processing plant analysis'. The author explores the beekeeping industry and the honey processing company "Vinnis", which is developing a strategy and analysis of economic activity. Particular attention is devoted to the work of matrices: Boston, Makenly and SWOT matrix. Master's work consists of three parts. The paper is presented as a theoretical summary to help understand and evaluate the practical part of business decision-making and bee-keeping industry, as well as the positive and negative consequences. The first chapter is exploring the development of beekeeping and the legal basis to give an idea about the legislation and the historical development of beekeeping. The second chapter studieds Latvian bee products production, processing and marketing, which gives an overall economic picture of the Latvian beekeeping. The third chapter considers the largest honey processing plant Latvian SIA "Vinnis", it gives an idea of the modern honey processing and marketing. The company has a development strategy of calculating the financial and economic indicators using SWOT analysis, analyzing the company's development strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as future development prospects. The paper has used theoretical materials, Internet resources, the Latvian Republic laws and regulations, the Central Statistical Bureau, as well as EU directives and the company's unpublished materials. The amount of work is 85 pages, it has pictures and tables.
