Darba gaitā apskatītas dažādas paraugu sagatavošanas metodes dzelzs satura noteikšanai dzelzi saturošos farmaceitiskos preparātos – Tot'hema, Fenules, Ferro-Folgamma un Ferretab comp. Apkopoti un savstarpēji salīdzināti spektrofotometriski un atomabsorbciometriski iegūtie rezultāti. Iegūtie rezultāti salīdzināti katram analizējamam dzelzs saturošam farmeceitiskam preparātam ar norādīto teorētisko dzelzs daudzumu.
