Darba vides risku ietekme uz farmaceita labklājību darbā

Abstract

Maģistra darbā aplūkoti jautājumi, kas saistīti ar darba vides risku faktoru ietekmi uz aptiekās strādājošo labklājību. Aptieku darbinieki ikdienas darbā ir pakļauti kombinētai un kompleksai daudzveidīgu darba vides riska faktoru iedarbībai (bioloģisku, fizikālu, ergonomisku, psihosoemocionālu). Darba mērķis bija izpētīt šo risku ietekmi uz farmaceitu labklājību. Darba pirmajā daļā ir aplūkota literatūra par pētāmo tēmu, otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes, bet trešajā daļā veikta iegūto rezultātu analīze. Izdarīti secinājumi un izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi un praktiskās rekomendācijas. Iegūtie rezultāti apliecina, ka farmaceitus ietekmē darba vides riski, sevišķi – ergonomiskie un psihoemocionālie.ATSLĒGVĀRDI: ARODVESELĪBA, ERGONOMIKA, APTIEKA, DARBS, VIDES RISKU FAKTORI, RISKU NOVĒRTĒJUMS

The Master thesis addresses issues related to workplace risk factors on the welfare of workers in pharmacies. Pharmacy staff in their daily work is exposed to the combined and complex multi-occupational risk factors (biological, physical, ergonomic, psychological and emotional). The aim of the paper is to analyze the risk impact on the welfare of pharmacists. The first part describes the literature on the topic under study, the second part describes the methods used for study, but the third part of the results of analysis performed. Paper contains conclusions and develops preventative measures and practical recommendations. The obtained results show that pharmacists affect labour and environmental risks, especially - ergonomic and psycho-emotional.
