Abstract
Bakalaura darbs: “Kvalitātes nodrošinājums datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumos gūžas locītavām koksartrozes gadījumos” sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas, kā arī secinājumiem. Tēmas aktualitāte ir saistīta ar gūžas locītavas koksartrozes biežo sastopamību, īpaši vecāka gadagājuma cilvēku vidū. Koksartroze ir hroniska, progresējoša locītavu slimība, kas izraisa skrimšļa deģenerāciju, sāpīgumu un kustību ierobežojumus, būtiski ietekmējot pacientu dzīves kvalitāti. Teorētiskajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta literatūra par gūžas locītavas normālo un datortomogrāfijas anatomiju, koksartrozi, tās diagnostiku un ārstēšanu, izmeklējumu protokoliem un kvalitātes kritērijiem. Pētnieciskajā daļā tiek izvērtēti un analizēti datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma attēlu kvalitātes kritēriji gūžas locītavas koksartrozes gadījumā Darba apjoms – 52 lpp. Izmantoti 55 literatūras un informācijas avoti. Darbs sastāv no: 4 nodaļām, 8 apakšnodaļām, 12 attēliem, 3 tabulam, 5 diagrammām, 3 pielikumiem. Atslēgvārdi: gūžas locītava, koksartroze, datortomogrāfija, kvalitātes kritēriji.
Bachelor’s Thesis: “Quality Assurance in Computed Tomography Examinations of Hip Joints in Cases of Coxarthrosis” consists of an introduction, theoretical and practical parts, as well as conclusions. The relevance of the topic is associated with the high prevalence of hip joint coxarthrosis, especially among the elderly. Coxarthrosis is a chronic, progressive joint disease that leads to cartilage degeneration, pain, and restricted movement, significantly affecting the patient's quality of life. The theoretical part summarizes and analyzes literature on the normal anatomy of the hip joint and its depiction in computed tomography, coxarthrosis, its diagnostics and treatment, examination protocols, and quality criteria. The research part evaluates and analyzes the quality criteria of CT imaging in cases of hip joint coxarthrosis. Volume of the thesis: 52 pages. Number of sources used: 55 literature and information sources. The thesis consists of 4 chapters, 8 subchapters, 12 figures, 3 tables, 5 charts, and 3 appendices.
