Pusaudžu motivēšanas iespējas darbībai futbola interešu izglītībā

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir ‘’Pusaudžu motivēšanas iespējas darbībai futbola interešu izglītībā.’’ Futbols ir komandu sporta spēle, kuras galvenais uzdevums ir ieraidīt bumbu pretinieku vārtos. Šo sporta veidu zin un ar to nodarbojas cilvēki visā pasaulē. Diplomdarba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā iespējams motivēt pusaudžus iesaistīties futbola interešu nodarbībās. Lai sasniegtu diplomdarba mērķi, tika izvirzīti vairāki uzdevumi - tika izpētīta teorētiskā literatūra par motivāciju, veikta gan anketēšana, gan intervija, kā arī tika apkopoti un analizēti anketu un interviju rezultāti. Pētījumā piedalījās 7.-9. klašu skolēni un viņu vecāki. Atslēgas vārdi: pusaudžu vecumposms, motivācija, futbols, interešu izglītība.

The topic of the Diploma Paper is “Motivating Adolescent Learners in Football Activity in Interest-related Education”. Football is a team sports game, where the main task is to score the ball in the opposition’s goal. People around the world are familiar with this sport and participate in it. The goal of this Diploma Paper is to find out how to motivate adolescents to take part in football as an interest-related education. Several tasks were set, in order to reach the goal of the Diploma Paper. They included studying the theoretical literature about motivation, surveying, conducting an interview, as well as structuring and analyzing the results of the surveys and interviews. The participants of the research were students from the 7th to 9th grade and their parents. Keywords: adolescence, motivation, football, interest-related education.
