| dc.description.abstract | Darba tēma: Adopcijas tiesiskais regulējums un problēmjautājumi. Bakalaura darba tēma izvēlēta, pamatojoties uz vērienīgiem 2013.gada 1.janvāra Civillikuma grozījumiem, kas izmainīja rīcībspējas institūtu. Šie grozījumi būtiski ietekmēja arī adopcijas regulējumu, nosakot, ka adoptētājs var būt arī persona ar ierobežotu rīcībspēju. Darba mērķis ir aplūkot adopcijas jēdzienu, analizēt adopcijas tiesisko regulējumu, tiesu praksi, konstatēt aktuālās problēmas adopcijas tiesiskajā regulējumā, rast secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus iespējamo problēmu risinājumam. Darbā aplūkota adopcijas vēsturiskā attīstība, analizēts adopcijas tiesiskais regulējums, sniegts adopcijas jēdziens, noskaidroti personu viedokļi ar adopciju saistītos problēmjautājumos, kā arī izvirzīti priekšlikumi tiesiskā regulējuma grozīšanai. Pētījuma rezultātā autore veic secinājumus un piedāvā priekšlikumus normatīvo aktu pilnveidošanai un pastāvošo problēmu risinājumiem saistībā ar adopciju. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The theme of bachelor work is legal regulation and problems of adoption. The topic of the work has been chosen in connection with the amendments in Civil law, which changed legal capacity institution. These amendments significantly affected legal regulation of adoption. Now adopter also may be a person with restricted legal capacity. The aim of the work is to view definition of adoption, analyse current legal regulation, get to know problems to provide their possible solutions. In work viewed historical development of adoption, analysed legal regulation, given definition of adoption, finded out views about issues of adoption and provided proposals for amendments. At the end of the research the author has finded conclusions and offered proposals for the improvement of the normative acts and solutions of the current problems in connection with adoption.
