Nenarkotisko pretsāpju līdzekļu farmakovigilance

Abstract

Pašārstēšanās šobrīd ir plaši izplatīta, tās biežākais iemesls ir plaša pieeja dažādiem bezrecepšu medikamentiem. Nenarkotiskie pretsāpju līdzekļi ir vieni no plašāk patērētajiem pašārstēšanās medikamentiem. Ņemot vērā, cik bieži ir sastopamas blakusparādības, būtu nepieciešams pievērst lielāku uzmanību farmakovigilancei. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot nenarkotisko pretsāpju līdzekļu farmakovigilanci un lietošanas paradumus. Pašārstēšanās nolūkos visbiežāk tiek lietots ibuprofēns, savukārt viens no drošākajiem medikamentiem ir paracetamols, jo visretāk izraisa blakusparādības. Pētījumā secināts, ka zināšanas par nenarkotiskajiem pretsāpju līdzekļiem un to izraisītajām blakusparādībām nav pietiekamas, tāpēc šo zāļu grupu vajadzētu turpināt izplatīt aptiekās.

Self-medication is currently widespread and the most frequent reason for this is access to various over-the-counter medicines. Non-narcotic analgesics are one of the most widely consumed self-medication drugs. Given the frequency of side effects increased attention should be paid to pharmacovigilance The aim of the work was to clarify the pharmacovigilance and the use habits of non- narcotic analgesics. Ibuprofen is the most commonly used for self-medication, while one of the safer medicines is paracetamol, which rarely causes side effects. It can be concluded that knowledge of non-narcotic analgesics and the side effects they cause is insufficient, therefore non-narcotic analgesics should be distributed in pharmacies.
