ES budžeta un finanšu instrumentu ietekme uz startup uzņēmumiem Baltijas valstīs

Abstract

Autores maģistra darba tēma ir “ES budžeta un finanšu instrumentu ietekme uz startup uzņēmumiem Baltijas valstīs”. Efektīva ES budžeta un finanšu instrumentu izmantošana ietekmē valsts attīstības ātrumu un spēju iekarot starptautisko tirgu. Baltijas valstu kontekstā ES budžeta un finanšu līdzekļu izmantošanai startup uzņēmumu attīstībai ir izšķiroša loma startup ekosistēmu izveidē, produktivitātes uzlabošanā un jaunu darba vietu radīšanā. Tomēr šobrīd ES budžeta un finanšu līdzekļu izmantošanu startup uzņēmumu attīstībai nevar uzskatīt par pietiekami efektīvu un ilgtspējīgu. Pētījums ir balstīts uz ES un Baltijas valstu plānošanas dokumentu analīzi, kā arī Baltijas valstu startup ekosistēmu, uzņēmumu, kā arī starptautisko organizāciju: Eiropas Centrālās bankas un Eiropas Komisijas attīstības plānu, ekspertu viedokļu un datu analīzes. Darba noslēgumā autore ir izstrādājusi priekšlikumus esošās situācijas uzlabošanai.

The topic of the author's master's thesis is "The impact of the EU budget and financial instruments on startups in the Baltic states". Effective use of the EU budget and financial instruments impact the country's speed of development and ability to conquer the international market. In the context of the Baltic States, the use of the EU budget and financial instruments for the development of start-ups has a crucial role in creating start-up ecosystems, improving productivity and creating new jobs. However, the current situation with the use of EU budget and financial instruments for startup development cannot be considered efficient and sustainable. The study is based on the analysis of EU and Baltic planning documents, as well as the analysis of the Baltic start-up ecosystem, companies, as well as international organizations: the European Central Bank and the European Commission development plan, expert opinions and data. At the end of the work, the author has developed proposals for improving the current situation.
