Abstract
Personai vardarbības izraisītajā krīzē ir noteiktas vajadzības, kas var tikt apmierinātas,
sniedzot atbilstošu sociālo pakalpojumu. Pētījuma temats – Sociālie pakalpojumi personām
krīzē pēc pārciestas vardarbības: kvalitāte un efektivitāte.
Pētījuma mērķis – analizēt sociālo pakalpojumu kvalitāti personām vardarbības izraisītajā
Pētījums sastāv no četrām daļām. Pirmajā daļā analizēti kvalitātes un efektivitātes
jēdzieni un tiem atbilstošie kritēriji. Otrajā daļā analizēti vardarbības veidi, kā arī analizēta
krīzes teorija. Trešajā daļā analizētas normatīvo aktu prasības pakalpojumu sniedzējiem,
analizēti arī pakalpojumu veidi personām krīzē. Ceturtajā daļā veikts empīriskais pētījums,
kurā intervēti krīžu centru vadītāji, uzzināts eksperta viedoklis par pakalpojumu kvalitātes
kontroli un problēmām rehabilitācijas sniedzēju vidū.
Pētījuma galvenie secinājumi: pakalpojuma sniedzēju darbībai ir jānotiek, ievērojot
normatīvajos aktos noteiktajām prasībām - kritērijiem; prasību neievērošana samazina
pakalpojuma kvalitāti un nesasniedz vajadzīgo rezultātu.

Person in violation caused crisis has definate needs which can be satisfied by providing appropriate social services. The research title – Social services to the persons in crisis after udergone violation: quality and efficiency. The aim of the reseach – to analyse quality of the social services to the persons in violation caused crisis. The resarch consists of four chapters. The firsts chapter analyses quality and efficiancy conceptions and their relevant criterions. The second chapter analyses kinds of violation as well as analyses crisis theory. The third chapter analyses requirements to the service providers set forth in legal documents, analyses kinds of services awailable to persons in crisis. The fourth chapter shows empirical research during which managers of crisis centers have been interviewed, and an expert view on services quality control and problems among rehabilitation providers has been provided. The main research conclusions: services providers must perform their activities within the frame of requirements – criterions set forth in legal documents; disregard of the requirements lessens service quality and does not reach the required result.
